Visa to Russia

You may follow these steps in the TOURIST VISA application process:

• A) Assign a visa application to the travel agent in YOUR country;
• OR
• B) Apply for a Russian visa with our assistance. If you apply for a Russian visa with our assistance, you must order TOUR and VISA SUPPORT* at our company and submit all the necessary documents (two colored photo ID, a filled-out visa application form, current valid ORIGINAL passport, the proof of payment of the consular fee, medical insurance, the agreement of taxable capacity). A complete set of documents must be submitted to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country.

The procedure for issuing a tourist visa takes about 1 to 2 weeks. The term of the visa application process depends on the certain Consulate.

You must obtain a migration registration, by registering with the migration service of the Russian Federation within the first 7 days of arrival (excluding weekends and holidays). In the case of living in the hotel, a hotel manager in charge should take care of your migration registration. Thus, you should stay at the hotel only for the duration of your trip. If you violate the registration regulations, you may have mishaps with the Migration Agency.

We would give you an example of the contents of the migration card following the processing of the visa.

Foreign nationals of prescribed countries***, which have been previously approved concerning e-visas, can apply for electronic visas (e-visas) for single business, humanitarian, and tourist visas to visit the territory of Russia. E-visas are valid within 30 days (for up to one month) starting from the date of issue.

However, on the territory of the Russian Federation e-visa is valid only through the following State border crossing points:

Air checkpoints:

• Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Yelizovo Airport);
• Blagoveschensk (Ignatievo Airport);
• Khabarovsk (Novy Airport);
• Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Khomutovo Airport);
• Anadyr (Ugolny Airport);
• Vladivostok (Knevichy Airport);

Naval checkpoints:

• “Kaliningrad” (checkpoints in the cities of Kaliningrad, Baltiysk, Svetly);
• “Vladivostok”;
• “Zarubino”;
• “ Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky”;
• “Korsakov”;
• “Posiet”.

E-visa is free and is issued based on a filled-out application no later than 4 calendar days.

* VISA SUPPORT (also called a letter of invitation or visa invitation letter) to Russia for a tourist visa is the document formed on the special form of the tour operator (of our company) with an official stamp and signature (the cases of the assignment of the document is available by the e-mail). The invitation consists of two parts:

• - CONFIRMATION of the reception of a foreign tourist;
• - TOURIST VOUCHER from Russian tourist company.

It is necessary to apply for the VISA SUPPORT to Russia for a tourist visa in our company by the following steps:

• 1) booking of tickets, hotel, and as appropriate – excursions;
• 2) the assignment of the scanned copies of the pages with personal data and photo ID from passport
